+C'est un problème Kotlin / Gradle sous Windows avec le cache incrémental du plugin `video_player_android`.
+
+## Correction
+
+Ajout / modification de :
+
+```text
+android/gradle.properties
+```
+
+avec :
+
+```properties
+kotlin.incremental=false
+kotlin.compiler.execution.strategy=in-process
+```
+
+Cela désactive le cache Kotlin incrémental et évite le daemon Kotlin pour ce projet.

+## Commandes recommandées
+
+Important : arrête les vieux daemons Gradle et nettoie les caches de build.
