+Base: V14 recent-live-visible.
+
+Changes:
+- Adds vertical scrolling on the home screen.
+- Keeps recent LIVE row above Continue Watching.
+- Scrolls the home screen when focus enters recent LIVE / continue watching rows.
+- Removes unsupported `rememberBringIntoViewRequester`, replaced by `rememberScrollState` + `animateScrollTo`.
+- Does not change LIVE loading, replay, player, YouTube or global search logic.
