Fix V17 - Home vertical scroll simple

Base: V16.

Fix:

• Removes rememberCoroutineScope dependency that failed to compile on the user's project.
• Keeps verticalScroll(rememberScrollState()) so the home screen can scroll vertically with TV remote navigation.
• Does not change LIVE, replay, player, global search, YouTube, recent LIVE data, or continue watching data.

Version:

• versionCode = 17
• versionName = 2.0.17-home-scroll-simple
