Fix V20 - Login focus fix

Base: V19 login-dialog-input.

Problem:

• Text input works in the native dialog, but DPAD navigation skips the second field.
• The cause is DPAD handling on KeyUp: the system can already move focus on KeyDown, then our custom handler moves again on KeyUp. One press can jump two fields.

Fix:

• DPAD focus handling now consumes KeyDown instead of KeyUp.
• This prevents double focus movement.
• Help text was updated to explain: arrows change fields, OK opens input.

Scope:

• Only LoginScreen.kt and version number are changed.
• LIVE, replay, player, global search, YouTube, recent LIVE, continue watching and home scroll are untouched.
