chore: regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml after dashboard removal

The previous lockfile had ~11k lines of transitive deps for
packages/dashboard which we deleted in 86c4cff. Re-running pnpm install
shrinks it to ~24 lines (just husky for git hooks).
